I just wanted to say Thank you!

I know that this forum is mostly woman and for a man that once weighed 450+ pounds I thought it would be hard to relate. I wanted to thank everyone for being so supportive and providing words of encouragement and answering questions when the time presented itself. I truly feel blessed to be have found this forum and feel like I could never leave! I check it daily and don't see that changing ever!

Thank you again! Nothing but Love! Fight the fight, one ounce at a time!
