Ensure High Protein drink

 I found these at the store when I ran out of powder. I mixed it with my coffee and it was pretty good.  Thoughts about it or other premixed options you'd recommend over-the-counter?

In a pinch it would be ok, but for me it has too many carbs. For teady to drink I buy pure protein comes in a bottle with a resealable top. Keep up the good work.

it's a lot of carbs. You're better off getting Premier protein so you get 30g protein or sometimes I will use Atkins ones which are lower carb but I end up mixing a scoop of powder with it anyway to boost the protein.
