Wow this is exciting.  I didn't know you already started the liquid diet.  When did you start it?  Did you feel sick at first or was it all okay?

I started it yesterday. I don't feel sick. I actually even went to a birthday party yesterday. I was tempted to have some sweets but controlled myself and sipped my protein shake.

A few weeks ago I did a mock run for 1 day. Then last week  I did another mock run for 3 days. So when I started yesterday, I kind of knew how my body would react. Also, it make me realize my weakness which was lunch at work because it is "easier" (not necessarily but in my mind) to go for fast food than drinking a protein shake. So today I came prepared with an extra snack (hello jello) so it has not been that bad. They only require it for 5 days but I wanted to do it for a whole week.

Yeah, I think I'm going to try a mock run too with it so I will not be so nervous about it and know how I feel too.  I wanna do it longer than 5 days too.   Don't forget you can sip on chicken broth as much as you want.  Have a 1 1/2 c of plain yogurt, 1/2 c vegeble soup, one `1/2 cup of applesauce and 1/2 cup of cream of wheat too.  (I'm going by memory but I think I read that.) That way it's not only the protien shakes and jello.  :-)  I'm rooting for you I hope everything goes well.  Keep me posted.  :-)

Hello fellow 3-dayer!! It is such an amazing experience. I walked it in 2010 at my current weight and 5 months pregnant. So I am really looking forward to walking it in next year too!
