Happy Surgiversary, Like the others have said, you inspire me. DH & I have been taking your advise & food porn examples to heart. I know you have played a big help to DH on his journey to hit goal (he's trying to figure out maintenance), and I am too as I am only 4 weeks post-op. I also used your posts pre-op so I could lose as much as possible pre-op to make surgery safer. Thanks so much for all you do for us.

Frisco, you are simply AWESOME! You look amazing and even though you don't know me, I am so proud of you and what you have accomplished. It certainly wasn't without determination and hard work and it shows! I look forward to reading your posts now (pre-op) and later (post-op) when I need the guidance most. I really appreciate it!

Wow.... Thanks everyone... wasn't expecting that.....!

I'm just an Ex-Fat guy that played his last card and had my stomach modified so I wouldn't get dead...... I still wake up every morning and think this has all been a dream and no way am I gonna fit in those little jeans.....and when they fit......I'm good for another day.....

Sorry I'm late on the "way to go" for all your success after 3 years. I just had my 1 year on 9/29/12. Still need to push about 25 more pounds off.......and I will do it.
