You're at the dreaded 3wks stall that everyone goes through and it will pass..it always does. Stalls happen when you lose weight at a rapid pace and then the body stops losing weight, you begin to drop inches incredibly fast. Your body is trying to catch up with your weight loss...hence the "stall". Once it catches up it will start again and you'll lose more weight. As you get closer to you goal the stalls may last a little longer but will eventually break. If a stall last more than 2wks then I go back to Phase 2 of my post op diet...mostly liquids with soups and such...and then it will kick start itself again.

Don't fret or worry too much..this is common and will pass..I promise. We are here if you need anything or just a shoulder to ***** moan and cry on any time...XOXOXOX!!!

Look up the 3 week stall...
It's normal to hit a stall around this time.
Don't worry about it too much. This is a good time to put the scale away, and focus on healing.
You'll start losing, just stick to the plan!
