Crunches obviously, but one that really works for me, especially to trim the waist is to stand, raise one arm right up and stretch over sideways in the opposite direction. Then raise the other arm and do the same thing. I do about 3 sets of 30 (so 15 streches each side in a set). This whips my waistline down quick smart.

I also find that jogging/running gets rid of my belly fat the quickest.

Right now all you should be doing is some light walking.. You just got sleeved.. Don't worry about what kind of exercise you should do.. Until you see your Dr. for your check up.. I would just take it easy and concentrate on getting in your fluids and protein and resting so that you can heal.. Exercise can wait a couple of weeks..

walking is the best right after surgery , after healing a rowing machine will burn tons of cals and tighten up your stomach and strengthen your back, arms and legs also your butt

I was told walking, eliptical machine or treadmill for the first six weeks and then add some resistance training but belly fat is best burned by lots of cardio, interval training etc.

1) you can't target weight loss.  All you can do is build up the muscle underneath but you can't make yourself lose weight in a specific spot.

2) Don't know how far out you are or what you weigh, but start with walking, move up from there as you feel better.  I found the closer I got to 200 lbs the easier it got.

3****pt my weight in my stomach for last, I have no butt at all, but it did finally come off the stomach, especially the last 10 lbs or so.  Keep losing following plan and it will come.
