For Peeps in WL Mode-Trends
To be fair, I think people need to understand the why of the so-called honeymoon period. It isn't because of any magic, it's because by about 6 months you can comfortably eat more, so you have to make conscious choices to keep portions small if you want to keep losing. (Which makes learning to weigh and measure food all the more important) I expect to continue losing, but that's because I weigh or measure pretty much everything that goes in my mouth - and log it.

I am going in tomorrow for my surgery, and luckily, I read this just in time! I was just about to give my bag of jellybeans to some skinny person! Now that I have a Vitamix, I bet I can throw them in with Greek yogurt to sweeten it up a bit so it tastes better! LOL!

I see your point and agree - but there are a bunch of us on here who were super heavy weights and who keep plugging along and keep on here too. (You can't get rid of us!) It may take a while till I get to goal, but damn it, I'm gonna get there and I'm gonna bug the living sh*t out of everyone until I do. (I don't think you'll get rid of me then either).
