Many great comments here but I want to thank Frisco for getting this started. I, too, have been taken by all the posts lately about experimental approaches to weight loss and am amazed at what people say they eat.
Of course it's an individual choice....but.....

Well, hello.... A lifetime of diets, failure and tears taught me a lot, many years before surgery. It doesn't change, my friends. To be successful you have to do the hard work.
