I'm on the pre-op diet, surgery is scheduled for Nov 21. I'm out of town on a business trip and am not sure what I can really have-any suggestions?

Pre-op diets run the gambit, so not sure what your doctor prescribed. All I was allowed to have was fat free yogurt, cottage cheese, and broths. Mine was very restrictive.

I could only have they shakes ordered from the clinic's source. (found out after they are just Wonderslim shakes.)
