Thank you, Elina!! I know myself, and I need a plan. Maybe other people can just stick to their "normal" sleeve plan through the holidays, I just don't think I'm one of them. I think I need some extra guidelines for this. Thank you for all the tips. I definitely plan on writing it down. In the past I have had gains of 10-15 maybe even 20 pounds this time of year, so this is no joke. I have to keep it in check.

Game plan: Low carb Thanksgiving!

Everyone in my household is on board and doing either a lowcarb or grain free/gluten free diet. So everything I am making is tasty and low carb.

I have been experimenting with these^ recipes and decided I will use 2-3 of them along side my turkey this year! Next plan is to tackle a low carb pumpkin pie recipe!

Goodluck! the holidays are definitely trying on the will power, but I am happy and thankful to be in the most control of my diet I have ever been.

~Cheers

I have no goal really since I'm only a few weeks out with no desire for food, so I guess my goal is to enjoy watching my 1 year old daughter enjoy her first taste of Thanksgiving and to cook for my family which I love doing.  Good luck to you!  Just believe in yourself and stay strong.

My plan is to be the boss in every way.

I am hosting so I make the menu. No one will ever know it is all WL friendly, they will be too distracted by the decorative dishes I'm using to serve and the yum factor. I will only celebrate on one day not the whole week.

Sounds simple but I think it will work for me.

My family hates pumpkin pie so I am crafting mini lo carb pumpkin cheese cakes instead.

I also want to encourage everyone to have and stick with a plan doable for them, we can do this.
