Sleevegirl, I looked up that website and only saw 4 entrees and 1 side dish. Are there more somewhere that I'm just not seeing??

There's currently 4 entrees, 5 soups and some purees and broths. I know they are putting new stuff up.

Disclaimer: I know the woman that owns this company, she's in my support group. Really nice, but I DO really like their food. She's REALLY picky about ingredients with her chef as well.

I avoid the frozen meals just because of all the sodium, they make me retain water and then I get crabby LOL

If I can get to the grocery instead of fast food when in a pinch, I pick up the low sodium deli sliced chicken breast, allouette spreadable brie cheese and a small jar of roasted red peppers and small thing of fresh basil. I make little roll ups with the cheese, peppers and basil tucked into the deli meat.

I have been avoiding them too. Today I was in a pinch and in a hurry. I can't eat chicken for some reason makes me vomit, eggs are not good either. I have had enough deli turkey lately so I just needed something different.

I feel you on the deli meat, I had to take a vacation from it b/c it was my go to lunch for SO long. I had trouble with chicken and eggs until about six months out, now I have no problems with them, so it helps.

Another thing I like is too hollow out small tomatoes and stuff them with herbed goat cheese, or cottage cheese with savory herbs, if I have it already cooked I will crumble some well cooked and drained bacon in it. Yum!

I also like the pizza's from  http://www.buyeatritenow.com/eatritepizza.html .  I like there other meals too, like the parma and the enchiladas, but not everything on there is great.  The pizza's are pretty amazing in my opinion.  I could only eat 1/2 of one or even less.

I'm gonna check those out too. I have been craving pizza a lot lately. So those are good for weight loss phase?
