On the loosers bench

I am home and sleeved on 12/5.  Doing well.  Not getting much protein in but getting most of the fluids. But the surgeon said to really focus on the fluids.  Have pulled a hamstring and that is a bit of a bummer.  Otherwise, napping, sipping, walking and peeing is the adgenda!

I am on the bench as well from my 12/5 sleeve. I haven't even really attempted proteins yet....sticking to getting in my fluids for the moment. Good luck with your journey.

Glad your home doing well.I've poo'd egg 2 tsp soft scrambled,liking sugar free nestle quik with unflavored protein sleepin and walking.How did you pull ur hamstring?
