Ask Ruggie
I'm going to be militant and say yes. The breakdown is 70% carb, 15% protein, 15% fat. 100 g of quinoa gives you 4g protein but 21g carbs. Very carby. Now, if you a little on the side with your chunk o' meat or whatnot.. perhaps. Really advise putting high-carb foods off to maintenance.
I eat carbs more now than I'm in maintenance, but I do start to feel hungry! So beware. Or be aware.
Thanks for that info. Especially after reading those two previous posts you linked to the other day, I want to beware AND be aware. Don't want to mess this up.
Oh, you trying to start up a fight here? Tough one. Might ask well ask republican or democrat. There's no winning answer.
Personally, I use iPhone because I've got years invested in my iTunes collection, but both products are decent devices running decent OSes. I say both are fine.
No Blackberries though. Eeww.
Not trying to start a fight, I have a dumb phone and it is time to take the leap into the smart phone world. At the Rock & Roll 1/2 marathon in October, Alison, Ms Shell, Mike B (DH) & I were hanging by the pool discussing this very question. Later that night, DH took his phone for a dip in the hot tub. he is using an old phone for now, but we need to upgrade. Oh, I did not run the 1/2 marathon, I was the cheering section. Everyone else was there to conquer that thing.
