Analogy.........Frisco breaks it down.....

Frisco will respond, I'm sure, but basically just always eat a pre-measured amount. Don't eat until you are full. I don't know about you, but I don't really know what full feels like seeing as I stuffed myself for so many years. I measure out my 2-3 oz of meat and a little veg and that's what I eat. I eat less than I "can". I could probably stuff myself with 4-5 oz if I really wanted to, but... yeah.

For me undereating my sleeve means I eat a measured portion and often not even that much. It takes our brains 20 minutes to recognize that we are satisfied. So I will usually eat around 3/4 of my measured out meal. It has kept me from ever eating to the point of things coming back up. In my new chance at life I want to control the food I put in me not the food control me.

Makes perfect sense. I've been doing that its just that I wasnt calling it undereating. I just ate slowly until I was satisfied. Thanks for taking the time to explain. -Larry
I went into McD's with my son today, we go out to lunch once a week just him and I, usually we go to a little cafe where the food is tiny and healthy perfect portions for a tiny tummy and a 3 year old LOL but today McD's was closer and I am hurt so I didn't want to have to drive to far (and a new happy meal toy gives me at least an hours peace when we get home, so WIN for someone who can't get around well LOL).
Needless to say, your analogy fit perfect there today. Every time I go in there I hate that place a little more.
