Blew it yesterday!!! Dusted myself off for best workout in years!!

Ate some junk food yesterday. Wasnt being very smart.Instead of repeating today.

I went up to the gym and hit a super hard 30 mins on elliptical!!!!  372 calories burnt.

Plus now I have it my head I can do this battle. The sleeve isnt the total answer

to this battle. For me changing habits and exercise is the only way I will be

successful.

Good for you Jason for getting right back up once you have fallen.  I will tell you that I think there is one more piece to recovery and that without it, even getting back up and exercise will not cut it.  Of course this is just my opinion, but maybe there is something useful for you here, so I will tell you my secret to longer term success.  For me, I have to look back and really understand what caused the misadventure in the first place.  I have to get a handle on why this happened and what I will do differently in the future to prevent it from happening again.  I had to do this over and over again until I really understood my triggers, my eating habits, my rituals and my weak points.  I then had to come up with alternative thoughts, attitudes and behaviors that worked for me.  My new behaviors had to still be satisfying or else they would not last.  Then I had to actually be on the lookout to try out my new habits every chance I had in order to tweak them and make them work best for me.  I still have to stay a observant and committed but it is so much easier now and often feels like "just who I am now".  This is in no way a criticism of what you did.  I am just sharing what I needed to do to make this work years out.

I can totally agree with that. I lost 110lbs once already with lapband. And put it back on after it couldnt be tighten over 6 years.

I am thinking this will be a super battle. And not a battle that will ever stop. I do need to deal with stress differant instead of food.

Sure, I'll do that if you PM me.  I just don't want to hijack Jason's thread that is all about getting back up.  I would never want him to feel that I am anything but thrilled with his ability to bounce back the next day.  I do have quite a bit to say about building new habits, so if you really want to hear it, I will gladly share my thoughts with you on this topic.
