My Minimum Daily Exercise Goal
I didn't really realize I was doing this but it occurred to me today as I was soaked in sweat that my minimum daily exercise goal is to burn my breakfast. I have been doing this for a little over a month, maybe longer but it basically gives me a free meal. Not to eat that is, but basically it wipes out one meal and means I am going to lose that much more weight that day.
Great plan. On my march to goal I slowly ramped up exercise to keep my "net" calories down, even as calories consumed per day slowly has come up.
Here's what that looked like (post op month 7 is a partial month) - I entered maintenance in Month 6, hence the jump in calories:
Month | Avg Calories Consumed | Avg Calories Burned | Net Calories | Lbs Lost | Start Weight |
