Hope I'm not stepping on toes here but the post is very late today so I will step up.

B - Protein Shake

L - Spicy Turkey Chili

D - Steak and Salad

S - Water

V - Yep and one got stuck, painful!

W - On Track

E - Strength and Cardio tonight

G (Goals) - No progress yet today. Forgot to grab some veggies this morning.

Not at all I actually just posted it...but changed...thank YOU for stepping in and posting for all to enjoy!!

B:  ~3oz Cheddar Cheese
S:  1 Cup Coffee; Gingerbread 
L:  Cabbage Rolls (think meatloaf wrapped in a cabbage leaf)
S:  Protein Shake
D:  Beef Stroganoff   (I used ground Turkey and Greek Yogurt in place of the sour cream)

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Couch to 5K (Week 2 Day 3)

Ima try that "stroganoff", Ms. Shell!! Girl, it's Friday, shrug it off!!

B: Coffee, 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax mint cookie

L: 1.7oz venison/jalapeno sausage, half a 2% cheddar cheese stick

S: coffee, 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Vanilla Bean Torte, 1.7oz venison/jalapeno sausage, other half cheese stick

D: maybe that stroganoff!

S: 2cups Chai tea, 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, torani caramel syrup

How hard/tedious is it to slice the "cabbage noodles"? The recipe looks yummy as all get out!

Easy as cutting pie...lol I just chopped it in sections until I was done.  Then stuck them in my big pot with a little butter, some broth, put the top on and kept checking until it was soft but  not to soft ya know....really try it!

So glad it's Friday! And we are expecting cold but beautiful clear skies and lots of sunshine here. I plan to enjoy it.
