Healthy BMI

I was waiting to post until it was at least 2 days in a row. There are photos of my face in my profile but I was waiting to reach goal before posting my official before & after photos.
I do know that I have not reached my personal goal yet. While I am very happy with my results so far, I have lost 100%of my excess weight in just under 6 months, I am not done yet. I may even change my mind when I get there, but I want to see what I can do with this amazing tool. I won't be able workout hardcore for a couple of months due to having knee surgery 3 weeks ago, but I am back at the gym on the stationary bike and doing upper body weights.
Somedays I miss the food but not really when zip up my loose pair of size 8 jeans! I feel better, have more energy, no more diabetes meds...best thing I have ever done for ME!!
I am 5'3", I was 238 when I went for my consult (so glad I listened to my surgeon & did not get a band), 224.2 the day I began my 2 week liquid diet, 209.5 the day of surgery & 139.6 now.
