6 Months & Healthy!!

It is so hard to believe it has been 6 months since my sugery! Even harder to believe is that my size 8 pants are loose. I will get photos up soon. I am 5'3" and now weigh 139.6! I was 238 the day I went for my consult...I just track from the day I started my liquid diet 224.2 I feel like me again! I would do this surgery once a year if I had to...best decision ever!!
So thankful for this group. I know it would have taken me longer without the guidence from the bets.

Less than 15lbs to MY goal.
The best thing I do is track everything I eat.
