L:  Tilapia and Cottage Cheese

S:  Fudgsicle

D:  Tilapia and Cottage Cheese

S:  Probably a fudgsicle

W:  Trying, having difficulty today  only at 40 oz...but will keep plugging

V:  Done

E:  Pulled something in my chest near my stomach yesterday...so kinda painful so being careful today.

151.2 - Happy MLK Day - kids are off. My daughter and I went with my SIL and her Chinese exchange student and got pedicures. It was fun. I can't tell if the student had fun or not.

I actually ate what i said I was going to eat yesterday. WOOT!

What I am planning today:

B: Protein coffee shake

S: almonds

L: chili

S: bacon/asparagus

D: chili

Vitamins: done

Water: 8/14 done

Exercise: karate tonight
