NSV: therapist didn't see me

Went to see my therapist today.  It's only been a week since I was last there.  She overlooked me at first because she says my face looks so much thinner, and she just kept talking about how noticeable the weight loss is. 

Also, she REALLY helped me process the situation with my sister and I'm feeling much better today and in general.  Hopefully I will remember her words the next time my sister does something stupid.

Glad today went well!

Wait till your next visit with her, Shes gonna think you forgot your appointment cause she cant find you.

I have 2 young adult daughters, one of whom is bipolar, and they have a very complicated relationship.  Please hang in there.  All you can do really is all you can do.  Oh, and BTW, congrats with the fine weight loss!

Your daughters are lucky to have you.  My mom is basically an adolescent, so things usually fall to me.  I have decided, on the therapists advice, to let Mom take a turn managing things.  It will probably not end well but they are both adults. :)
