I have not made them a part of my daily eating, but I do have them occasionally.  Like....yesterday when  I was on the road to visit my surgeon I had one for lunch.  So sue me...lol ????

I won't sue you......

I've eat them every so often myself.... mostly like yourself.... like in transit/traveling........

That's what made me think of it..... telling myself... I'd rather be eating the tortilla......

Me, too!!!!  Do you ever eat the tortilla?  I'm thinking someday I might partake or no?  I'm still dealing with the weight loss phase so maintenance seems far away right now and so does eating a tortilla.

I didn't eat a tortilla till maintenance.... funny thing is, even though I probably could..... I'm good with a couple bites at the end.....

Like you, I use them for travel. That's it.

I've never had 1, honestly I'm afraid to, I think it would be too much like candy so I stay away from them, especially during the losing phase .

The ones I use when I can't pack/make a meal are NOTHING like candy bars (at least what I remember of them).  The chocolate is unsweetened, and the peanut butter is grainy and they taste like dirt.  It makes it easy to not rely on them.

I do eat my Quest PB&J protein bars. I avoid most other carbs but the majority of the carbs in my quest bar are from fibre and each bar gives me more than half 58%of my daily required fibre plus 20g protein only 2g sugar. I do my best to keep the carbs below 40 and do count my bars towards that. I will use as a meal replacement or split in 2 for snacks during the day. My guilty but fibre full pleasure.

I love the Quest bars and use them as part of my diet.
