I've eat them every so often myself.... mostly like yourself.... like in transit/traveling........

I didn't eat a tortilla till maintenance.... funny thing is, even though I probably could..... I'm good with a couple bites at the end.....

I do eat my Quest PB&J protein bars. I avoid most other carbs but the majority of the carbs in my quest bar are from fibre and each bar gives me more than half 58%of my daily required fibre plus 20g protein only 2g sugar. I do my best to keep the carbs below 40 and do count my bars towards that. I will use as a meal replacement or split in 2 for snacks during the day. My guilty but fibre full pleasure.
