I have often recommended eating avocados for getting the right fats. Especially for women. Here are a couple articles about why you should be eating them:

Remember Guacamole is just mashed up avocado with tomato and onion so don't be afraid to buy some at your grocer and eat it with a spoon. Just make sure it is the 95% avocado kind. Some brands are mixed with sour cream.

I eat avocado all the time.  Sometimes I slice and put a couple of slice with the protein I'm eating.

or better yet, make your own. I add cilantro, a few squeezes of lime juice, diced tomato and onion.

That pretty much the way I make it too.  I don't always put tomato in it, but I do put in minced jalapeno.  Keep it simple.

One of my favorite things I eat (but only about once a month) is half a turkey sandwich (Boars Head Ovengold) on a slice of Ezekial Breat with a couple slices of avocado. Something about the combination of flavors and texture is just perfect for me. I don't eat it often because of the bread.

Sounds delish! I'm not at the bread phase and I've never tries that kind but I'm sure it's yummy!

I shouldn't eat bread either but once a month I have a "high" carb day (up to 80 instead of less than 40) just to give my body a break. Not sure it does any good but it makes me think it does.
