Stall????

How awful can the dreaded stall be? I have been stuck on the same weight since I had my period at the end of last week. As a matter of fact, I think I am up 2 pounds 

I started walking/jogging yesterday...finally, so I am wondering if exercising will have an effect on the scale. What do I have to do different if I am exercising?

I feel ya...I've been stuck between 209 & 207 since the 15th of last month when I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I started working out to see if it would break the stall and ending up gaining 2 pounds.
