D - Pork Chops and Hopefully a Salad a little short on fiber this week
S - Gotta see where I am with my macros I hit a small stall this week because I was letting protein slip, its a delicate balance

E - Missed Last night, might take another night off and hit it really hard tomorrow.
G - I am missing the Goal Train this week.
10:30am PST time is usually my alarm clock if Ms. Shell hasn't initiated this post. I will say I miss her when she doesn't post because I have been enjoying her Shelluary & today is Day 9!

1. What is Starbucks VIA Instant Iced Caramel Coffee?
2. How are you doing on your plan? I seem to remember a couple of weeks ago you were struggling with something maybe?
This is it. I don't really recommend this Starbucks Iced Coffee because 1 serving as 13 grams of carbs but it' raining so I didn't want to walk to Starbucks today. It's much better to just order iced coffee from Starbucks & ask for it unsweetened with nonfat milk which is how I usually order it.
Things are "going" on my plan. If I could only stick to what I have been typing on this thread I would be ok. I'm up a few pounds. I blame it on tons of stress in my personal life and not having any time for myself. I've been sleeping on average 3-4 hours a night which doesn't help with weight loss plus since I'm awake more, I feel the need to eat more. Late night snacking is something I have been doing the past 2-3 weeks and it's amazing how quickly a few pounds come on. I've taken care of a few stressful things this week so I'm hoping I can go back to my low carb, 6-7 hours of sleep a night & my 30 Day Shred. It's going to be a few months before things start to settle down for me (I hope) so for now, I am just trying to keep my head above water.
