I forgot to weigh myself before putting my clothes on for work this morning...will weigh in tomorrow and hope for the best! Carbs slipped past me a lot this week

2: 2 oz Fage FF plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp Torani SF Salted Caramel syrup
3: one steamed artichoke (first time I EVER ate artichoke), 1 tsp of Elina's Greek yogurt dip, one tomato slice
4: 4 oz pan-grilled catfish, .25 c of Elina's Greek yogurt dip
fluids: s/b on track for 80 oz
vitamins: on track
exercise: recumbent bike and some arm work with weights :)
B: Protein shake w/ Publix Organic Vanilla protein powder, almond milk and 1/4 c of blueberries
L: 2 oz of ground round seasoned with taco seasoning and 1/8 c shredded cheese on top
S: 10 almonds
D: Grilled chicken with something else... not sure.
W: Doing really well with water today, half way there
E: Need to get out and do some tonight but energy is so low. How soon will I get my energy back?? It's been a month and I am still dragging....
