In the midst of a blizzard here in Maine. I'll try my best not to pig out while I'm stuck in the house this weekend.
B: Protein bar that was in my desk
S: Cottage cheese w/ 2 strawberries and a packet of Equal, later a coffee
L: A grilled drumstick and green beans
S: ?
D: Starkist Tuna Creations if I get the gumption up to brave the snow and go to the store, if not some cottage cheese or yogurt probably

Liquids: Behind.
Vits: Will take later.
Exercise: Will head out to the gym if it doesn't close for the storm.
Hopefully your people up there are well-prepared and will keep the roads clear as best as possible!! We've had snows like that here in NJ, and they are no fun. Hang in there!!
