1: three egg whites fried in scant Pam, .5 c JD turkey sausage crumbles
2: 6 oz Fage nonfat plain yogurt mixed with 1 scoop Roadside Lemonade protein powder (NOT doing that again due to the abdominal pain I suffered not long after -- yikes)
3: three Sargento RF string cheese sticks
4: the plan is 3 oz canned chicken with two wedges LC RF cheese and some green beans, but will see how I feel after meal 3 settles

exercise: bike
B - cottage cheese
L - Veg Beef soup
D - Taco salad
S - jerky

Not a very good food day. Having the kids home on school vacation is screwing me all up. Will have a better plan for the rest of the week.
B: Kashi protein granola, 1/2 c. skim milk
S: Click shake
L: 1/2 c. cottage cheese
S: 2 saltines, mandarin oranges and a couple chips (eek, grazing)
D: 0% Chobani w/ SF vanilla torani, 1 equal packet, cinnamon and a fun size pack of M&Ms (don't hate)
S: Chike shake
Liquids: Still working on it.
Vits: Done.
Exercise: Not today, all the kids are on vacation.
It's gotta be Tuesday SOMEWHERE!!????
B=2.5 oz deli turkey
S= 2/3 Mineola orange
S#2=cup of chicken broth ( couldn't get warm today)
L=2.5 oz egg salad ( made with 1 tsp low fat mayo...vinegar and mustard) and 2 celery sticks
S=RTD Prot shake
D=3 chick wigngette pieces and sugar snap peas
W= On my last 8 oz now
V= Done
X= 20 min elliptical/10 min cool down ( Cypress Hill= Insane in the Brain!!)
