Please  Please dont let that stop you from making the change now. My one regret was waiting until I had to the surgery until I made the changes..... I promise you will make your life much easier if you start now.

Change the eating habits as if you had the surgery. Start exercising now!!! I mean it, now !!!! ;) every pound you loose prior to suregery will only mean you reach that goal weight that much sooner!

It's finally nice to be the one that has finally achieved successful weight loss Instead of someone else saying how they lost weight and there you sick still unsuccessful in your journey!
