Ok here is the info some of you asked for, please note a few things - I eat way more carbs than suggested but its supplemented with a lot of exercise. Also the types of carbs are not traditional in that they have value unlike a Potato Chip or bread. I almost never eat bread of any kind with the exception of croutons on my salad. I have not had a Sandwich with bread since my surgery and do not plan on eating one with bread ever again!
This is a typical day, I have days that I eat 2000-2100 Calories those usually involve meat of some sort, chicken or fish and on the rare occasion beef. To be honest, I do not crave meat much any more.... Nuts are my vice, on occasion I eat too many!
