VSG on 10/18/11 with

Breakfast:  coffee, oatmeal, almond milk

lunch:  slow cooked turkey lasagna - 1 piece

dinner - 1 chicken tender and salad

bad snack....piece of chocolate cake....I feel terrible now.

D- 2.5oz fajita baked chicken and 1/4c summer squash (or less)

1/3c cottage cheese w/1 T sf strawberry preserves
W-good
V-done
E- ran 4.25mi (45min) walked dog 2mi (30min)
