I need some help
y'all can do it! I went through the same thing. I am so hard headed, I had to do it my way, fall on my face, have hunger pains et****il I realized that what the vets say is true.
The carbs do matter. If I really watch it, and keep it under 40, at night, I don't have those hunger pains for sugar or whatever it may be. I have been very cautious of that lately and so at night, if I do get a tiny little craving, I grab a pickle :)
I thought Gum was my friend.......it's not!!! One day at work, I chewed and entire pack which was 30 CARBS!!! I had gone over that day up to about 60 carbs and then you throw in the dang gum, thats up close to 100 carbs. No wonder I was hungry!

The afternoon was my worst time for feeling hungry. I am fine though if I have something warm to drink and so the last couple of months I have been drinking the Bariwise Hot chocolate - it's really good, 15 grams of protein, 4 or 5 carbs depending on the flavor and 70 calories. It really does take away my hunger and I get in the added protein. Sometimes its what I have for dinner since its very filling.
