W: 24/72 (ounces down)
V: on-track for my 3 multi's
E: not released, however, I do have ankle and wrist weights I may wear as I clean the house today

S: Black Silk brewed iced coffee w/sf vanilla syrup, splash of lowfat milk
L: KFC original receipe (keeping it real) chicken breast
S: mini sweet peppers w/laughing cow spreadable cream cheese
D: hum, not sure... we shall see!
