Good Article on Cardio Mistakes - Must Read!!!
Great Article!! I attribute to some extent my becoming obese on some of the very mistakes listed in that article. I would do hours of cardio (same routine every time) then eat a thousand calories worth of carbs and didn't understand why i wasn't losing weight! I fell for the low fat, low intensity hype of the nineties....as a result i never lost a pound despite working out 6 days a week and quit the gym b/c i figured it wasn't working. I quickly put on an additional 70 lbs and learned my lesson the hard way! I feel so blessed i have a second chance to do it all right this time!
