OK, most of your picture posts I just look at and admire, but this one I gotta comment on. Hot damn, that looks good. Devine decadence on a plate!

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

I'm an SF native and live in Novato....I was just telling my dad (Joe) that I can probably eat (and make) Joe Special......I usually make it with gound turkey.....I might make it in a composed salad sort of way....so as to make it easy to eat protein first. I just love it; having grown up on it. Yours looks so yummy!
