6 month photo (mainly for Shagdoll)
I do what a lot of people on here advocate. I eat less than 20g carbs, btn 80-100g of protein, around 600 calories often less, I exercise and drink about a gallon of water a day. I've had some slip ups and I just start over the next meal or the next day if it is really bad. I try to pre plan my day the day before and always have vsg appropriate food in the house so I don't have any excuses. I track everything. When I have some random craving, I make it vsg friendly like taco lettuce wraps. I'm super fortunate that my hubs and mom are so supportive. I also have a pretty extreme and rule advising personality, so I know I can't do moderation. Rule abiding not advising. My iPad wont let me delete. Ugh. Just work your program, believe in yourself, don't get complacent, and always be determined. Stalls suck, but they are normal. Take your measurements. Take photos. Do anything and everything you can to keep yourself motivated. You will find what works best for you. I kind of think losing is the easy part. Maintenance scares the crap out of me
