Yup.... the fish sauce in this one makes up for adding additional salt.......but I always encourage under salting during cooking..... and use a finishing salt. Two things happen.... keeping from over salting and finishing salt adds another flavor dimension.

Keith have you tried the tofu noodles. They taste very much like the other noodles. We foundation place that has them. No carbs & full of protein. They also have rice but we haven't tried that yet. We found an Asian market that sells them. My husband makes pho a lot.
