Great NSV! I too had to make my own post op plan. Without the advice of the forum here, I may not have been as successful.
I can understand how the sleeve can quit working as a tool when it is up to the person to find out how to use it right. Even with a program in place, nutritionists/surgeons offer minimal help (generalizing from my own experience on this forum not talking about 1 nut/surgeon in particular) and can unintentionally sabotage people.
I'm always impressed by how much you seek out info and aren't afraid to share what you have learned.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
