7 months ago today I left the hospital with very sparse instructions on what to do next. Thanks to you all I have lost 148lbs as of this morning and I can run for 35 mins without walking. You all should share in my success because you all play a very important role in it.

THANK YOU!!!

Great NSV! I too had to make my own post op plan. Without the advice of the forum here, I may not have been as successful.
I can understand how the sleeve can quit working as a tool when it is up to the person to find out how to use it right. Even with a program in place, nutritionists/surgeons offer minimal help (generalizing from my own experience on this forum not talking about 1 nut/surgeon in particular) and can unintentionally sabotage people.

I'm always impressed by how much you seek out info and aren't afraid to share what you have learned.
Congrats again!

Congratulations on all of the hard work you put into your WL, which is obviously paying off for you!  You do a lot of research as well which you are generous enough to share with us on the boards.  For that I thank YOU.  :)
