An Ode to my Straw

Since about two weeks post surgery I've been using a straw - no problems and in fact it helps me reach my fluid goals. Good luck!

They gave me a straw in the hospital I think...no need to stop using them especially if they help you get your fluids in.

Tracker starting weight = surgery weight
