Congrats on your one year.
I have been struggling with my platelet numbers since surgery. my hovered around 120 norm is 150+, not severe enough that my doctor sent me to see anybody but wanted to keep an eye on me. She would have sent me to hemo is they dropped any more or if I had more symptoms. I have always bruised like a peach so I could never tell if I was bruising more than normal. I did internet research to find out if I could do dietary things, and started eating loads kale. I also started weaning myself off of my PPI as it had been shown to have effect on platelet count. on my last platelet count I was up to 140 so doctor said she was happy to retest in a year unless I had any symptoms. How low did your counts get? I never stopped exercising does exercise have an effect? Hope you doing better.
