Today I had a cardiac screening. EKG, echo, arteries ultrasound, the whole lot. Now I am eating an almost 100% protein breakfast.

Walking with my step dad at noon and running sprints with my buddy later today.

I joined the gym this morning and am getting back into my exercise routine.  And, I threw my ex out of my house - so that really made me feel I did something good for me today!! LOL

Keith, have to say you give me a lot of inspiration between your food choices and your exercise you really give my that pep talk that I need once in a while (and I am 3 years out).

Sounds like you did some real house cleaning today! LOL

Glad to hear I can help someone. I realize some of my methods may not be the most popular on here, but I don't think we all can fit into a single mold. Everyone is different and we may fall into similar categories, but at the end of the day we need to find what works best for each of us individually.

I start an exercise boot camp tonight. 4 weeks, 2 nights a week. I am eating super clean today.
