I think the biggest bump in the road for newbies is they think because they are healing they don't need to get up and move and walking is something you do a couple hours after surgery. Exercise now while you are still super calorie restricted will amp up your metabolism and make your weight loss in the next couple of months much higher than it would be if you were sitting on the couch waiting for x number of weeks.
