You guys know smoked meat and do it right!  Do you have a smoker?  It really makes things pretty easy.  Ribs are my favorite, but they are so fatty that I saved them for maintenance.  Alan smokes turkey breast, pork loin, pork chops and chicken and homemade sausages.  Life is good!

Broccoli slaw salad

 

package of broccoli slaw 

1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

sliced almonds

sunflower seeds 

olive oil 

green onion 

fresh chopped broccoli 

seasoning to taste
