I am happy it's Friday!!!
B: chicken sausage
S: Quest Bar- was feeling hypoglycemic and didn't have meter to check, grabbed the Quest Bar, it seemed to help
L: braised chicken and a couple spoons of chana masala, cooked baby carrots
S: mozzarella cheese stick
D: lean ground beef patty grilled, green beans
Water 7 cups in- goal is 14 cups

Walking treadmill tonight and Jazzercise class first thing in the morning. Have a great weekend!
Crazy day!!! TGIF!!! I'm planning my fun evening out with my wonder twin!!!
B: nope ... didn't have time, I forgot, blah, blah, blah ... Yes, Keith, I was being baaaaad!!!!
S: my own iced coffee w/SF coffee mate vanilla, yumo!

D: undecided but going with my girlfriend ... be good? be bad??? that is the question!!!
Water in going good; Vits only iron & mutli so far ... still need Vit D & B12!
Exercise: walked in head to toe black clothing in 90 degree weather for 30 minutes, bleh!!!

Egg White Omelette with Ham, Onion, Green pepper, FF Feta
Black coffee w/ SF Hazlenut syrup
4 oz roast beef w/ Yam and no cal Blue cheese dressing
Protein ice cream 30 cal almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla and 1 scoop banana isopure protein 25 cal SF Cheesecake pudding and some real vanilla and some chopped pecans folded in at the end. oh yeah and some Cocoanut SF torani syrup for flavour.
About 300 calories all in, but I split it with my partner in crime. I have the calories for it and the protein load is awesome.
Water is fine and workout tonight at the gym with weights and cardio.
VItamins all in.

Just lowered my goal by 10 pounds to put me 28 pounds away instead of 18. Will reassess on entry. Converted my widgets to LANDSHARKS!!!

I am allowing WAY more carbs/cals today as in preparation for my race. Will also plan for increase in protein tomorrow after race with slightly elevated carbs and back on track Sunday.
B-2 strawberries (large), 3/4 scoop syntax mint cookie mixed with coffee and 1/4c almond milk
L- 1/2 whole grain bagel with cream cheese
D- protein and whole grain carb or potato
S- raw carrots, 1/2 brownie
BB (Before breakfast) coffee with ff Skim Plus half-n-half
B - 0% Greek Fage Yogurt (3 oz) with 5 - 6 fresh blueberries and raspberries
S - missed due to f/u appt with surgeon. fyi: all good but weight loss is slower than expected :(
L - restaurant, shared baked chicken breast layered with roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese, and a few green beans on the side.
D - home made faux pasta (long pieces of julienned zucchini, lightly sauteed) with low-fat ricotta cheese, freshly ground salt and pepper and 2 jumbo shrimp (I accidently overcooked shrimp. Poo!)
W - Usually an issue, help!!! Only got in about 3 C today!
E - Missed due to doctor & lunch date. Will walk at least a mile tonight
V - Take multi at bed time (because I hate that it makes me burp)
