I am at the gym without my coach toughing it out alone and not pussing out on the program. I upped my squat weight by 20 lbs. I took all my vitamins and supplements today which I have been bad about.

What have I done for me today?

Um, I have deprived myself of the pink sugar cookies I brought to work for the vultures who enter the breakroom.  A couple days ago my daughter wanted these cookies but only ate one.  I've been staring these down at my house & decided to bring them into work.  Better someone else eat them than me!!! 

I'm trying so hard to be good & resist the baaaad stuff.  It's hard but my sugar free tropical popsicles have been my saving grace.  Plus, I think the working out helps me not want to undo the decent eating lately.

I like the idea of a daily post to list the good things we do for outselves.  I think it will remind us to do good things for ourselves so we can come here and brag!!

Went to Zumba

Went to my favorite thrift shop and bought some cute clothes

Opened the cabinet door, looked and the box of cookies, then shut the door and walked away.

It's a pretty day here, so I am going out to get some vitamin D and fresh air.

I am going to Zumba tonight!  Love that class and I don't care about the 20,000 reasons there are for me to stay home....momma's gotta dance lol!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

I am leaving work an hour early to get home and walk my dog before a group get together tonight. Taking tomorrow off to make a new swing cover and canopy for my outdoor swing.  Then going to meet a friend for lunch and go to garage sales.  Yay!  Also, wore a new shirt, a beautiful robin's egg blue.  :O)

I walked my dog and ran an extra 10min over my program. I also pulled some weeds and sat out back for a bit. I'm avoiding the diet soda left over from a family party.

I like this thread, I hope you start it everyday.  I did the crazy workout class for the first time, see the post below.  I think I will sleep for the rest of the day.
