Followup to my clothes fitting & the cupcake fiasco
Instead of going and getting that cupcake, I got on my treadmill and had a nice run while watching Revenge (which I consider to be kind of like a cupcake - no nutritional value, but pretty delightful going down). I had some lettuce wraps for dinner, and I felt pretty thrilled with myself.
The scale rewarded me this morning for my restraint. I'm in the 150s! I haven't been in the 150s since I was 28, and I'm 32 now. Thanks for everyone's support. Happy Friday!
Edit: I also bought a pair of size 6 jeans from Old Navy for more inspiration to stay away from the cupcakes. I've never been a size 6 in any jeans, but I'm confident I can lose another size :)

P.S. That is my "like" button since it doesn't look like there will ever be one here haha! Congrats!!

Ooooohhh. Congrats! You turned away a cupcake? You might be awesome. Cake is my downfall at times - and a cupcake. Oh hell.
Welcome to the 150s!

OMG... and you didn't eat it? That would so totally be IN MY BELLY. Good for you, I can handle having a small piece of birthday cake or something, but a good quality cupcake, it's over.
Good for you... small steps can be distances :)
