I've been shopppinnnnggg!!
I bought myself a pea**** dress, impulse buy, but very wearable for lots of occassions.
Bought some things for the house on good bargain sales
Bought myself two books, Obsessed, by Mika Brzezinski, about food addictions and The Country Girl, a memoir by Edna O'Brien.
Getting in lots of me time since hubby is in New Orleans until Weds. Love the solitude!

I am taking a long walk then kettle bells tonight after the home depot run.
Foxtrot dance class with DH Tuesday night.
A long walk on Wednesday.
Ice skating class and practice Thursday night.
A long walk and kettle bells Friday night.
Saturday or Sunday will be ice skating practice, the other day will be a walk.
Everyday will also have a very specific exercise to prepare for a difficult skating move in my artistic/freestyle program.
All of this is to prepare to walk/run (mostly walk) my first 1/2 marathon 6/2 & my ice skating competition in late July. Oh, and I need to stay on my food plan, I need to get this last 4 pounds off. Next...

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
