Terrible Eating Day

I started out strong, but it all went awry at the end. I am like 400 calories over where I should be. I didn't exercise today (well about a mile dog walk, but no gym or running). The dish I ordered at dinner had some sort of sweet sauce on it. I got most of it off but I am certain I am way over on carbs. I have been hungry all day. Not sure what is going on. Anyway it was a bad day.

Somebody beat me up!

Here's the thing, Keith, I'm not going to beat you up. First, I don't roll that way. Second, I don't think it really helps. Every once in a while truly ****ty days happen. Move on.   400 calories is not going to undo all the work you have done or will do.

I wouldn't even sit and try to analyze this too much. Just don't do it again. That's as close as I'm getting'!  Hang in there!

Crap, I have a hard time beating you up... you are such a monster with your workouts any other time.  With any luck, this will shake things up for you a little and cause a big loss by the end of the weekend.

I'm not flowery and "tomorrow's a new day" kind of person.  So, oh well, it's bound to happen and at least you owned up to it.

Consider yourself beaten-up. Now get off your butt, brush off the dirt and get back on track. You don't even have to wait for tomorrow to do this. You fell down, he only sin in that is to sit there and sob and cry like a two year old. You can get back on it. I believe in you!!!

Nope. It would be like Grasshopper slapping the Master. Cant do it.
We all have a crappy day here and there. I read the posts from you vets to assure myself that even with occasional falls i can still succeed.
So...get up and start again. From...NOW.

Consider it a carb cycle day and get strict tomorrow. Maybe less than 20carbs and 100+ protein. Flush out with a ton of water! You got this. I will beat ya if its 2 days in a row. Get control back now and think about where your head was today. Learn from it and move on so next time you can prevent it! This is all the stuff you already know

Keith, you are almost perfect every other day.  I really don't think this is going to make a dent.  Tomorrow have a super-duper low carb day and do exercise and rink lots of water.  This is just a tiny blip.

You're human. It happens and will happen again. What counts is what you do afterwards .
