D normally it would be pizza since I am going to my god daughters 4th birthday BUT I am trying to avoid bad carbs SO I will just bring string cheese and eat that and when I go home after I will have a little bit of ribs from the crocpot.

V all but calcium which I take at night
E not much today, not much time BUT I will not sit down at the party, and I will make sure I go outside to run around with the kids.

Just got home about 1/2 hr ago..scarfed about 1/4 cup maybe
A little more of tuna and 2 slices cheese and I'm sitting here listening to my stomach Rumble and grumble and I'm nauseous!!!
