I love this game!

Early B- coffee with unsweet alm milk, and 1/2 scoop protein powder - thanks to everyones advice it wasnt clumpy!

B other 1/2 protein powder mixed with greek yogurt and strawberries

S fresh mozz with roasted red peppers and balsamic dressing

L small flat bread with artichoke spinach and cheese

S chobani bites

D normally it would be pizza since I am going to my god daughters 4th birthday BUT I am trying to avoid bad carbs SO I will just bring string cheese and eat that and when I go home after I will have a little bit of ribs from the crocpot.

S probably PP shake

W 1/2 way!

V all but calcium which I take at night

E not much today, not much time BUT I will not sit down at the party, and I will make sure I go outside to run around with the kids.

Hey all!!!  Hope you all have a fantastic week with great choices!

B...Thin n Trim Chicken sausage with 2 tbs of Red Pepper tapenade

L...2 oz chicken breast with 1 tbsp really low fat pesto and a sprinkle of parm cheese

S...Cheese stick

D... 3-4 oz fresh Cod

S... Syntrax Chocolate Truffle with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and Just Great Stuff powdered PB

Water...48 down, at least 32 to go

Vit...in process

Exer...Just took a 25 min walk at lunch

Last week went so well I will stick with what's working!  Only 12 more lbs until I qualify for surgery!

B - Premier Protein Shake

S - 100 cal Yoplait GY & watermelon

L - Garlic/Keylime Chicken and salad

W - on track

X - 30 min lower body & 30 min cardio

Had bloodwork at 10 am this morning..
Ran 2 errands came home thought I'd eat some
Tuna when the phone rings..
It's my82 yr old dad...he's dizzy very dizzy needs to go to E.R.
Run to him ( 1/2 hr away)
Just got home about 1/2 hr ago..scarfed about 1/4 cup maybe
A little more of tuna and 2 slices cheese and I'm sitting here listening to my stomach Rumble and grumble and I'm nauseous!!!
